Jabra Enhance Pro 30 or enhace pro app issue?

Greetings and Good Day!!November 05th, 2025

Build # is BP3A.251105.015

I will continue to try and get the Enhance Pro 30 software online and talking to Android. The Resound software seems to be working fine for now. I needed to have my hearing aids working properly and ran out of time to keep fiddling with the Enhance.+rG#hqkk~S3FtNro program. Up until just a few days ago I was super happy with my Pixel 9 and the Enhance software.

Cheers! Mike

Sorry about the botched typing. Don’t know what happened there. The symbols should say Pro. As usual going too fast with too much on the go.

Cheers! Mike

re: botched typing and symbols
It might be the forum software. I noticed the same on one of my posts as I was typing.
What I had entered in the box on the left didn’t match what was in the preview on the right.
The preview is what had the funky text and symbols.

Here’s a new one for me. Has anybody seen the Streaming focus or Hear all buttons before?
If so, what do they do?

I am using a Resound Aid and App rather than Jabra but my understanding is that they are identical.

I did notice that in your screenshot whilst it is showing the Auracast Broadcast it is not connected. In my app these options only appear once i have selected the Auracast Broadcast I want.

I am using the aids/app successfully with the Avantree Audikast 4 & the C82 Aura. If these options still do not appear once you have connected to the app. Maybe un-pairing and re-pairing the aids to your phone would help. If that doesn’t work then maybe deleting the app and re-installing on your phone will help

Thank you @MarkS
I appreciate your observations and suggestions. They give me a better understanding of how things should be working.
When I first went back to Costco to resolve my Bluetooth issues the Audi contacted GN tech support who reprogrammed my hearing aids in an attempt to resolve the issues.
Fast forward to now, after some Android updates and testing the Auracast with new hardware I am almost ready to move to a newer phone.
I was told that once I got a new phone, I was to return to Costco so they could program the aids again. That indicates to me that they have done something with the standard Bluetooth setup. Normally switching phones should not require reprogramming the hearing aids.
Although I have a BNIB Pixel 8 Pro that I can use, I’m waiting to see if next weeks Boxing Day deals will entice me to jump to a Pixel 10 pro or other latest model phone. In the meantime, I continue to clean up my existing phone. Messages have been culled, cleaning up the photos is almost complete, cleaning up the contacts should not take much time. All that is left is do a backup and migrate to the new phone.

My bet is that your Costco rep thought you didn’t know how to pair your HAs and new phone, and many non-techies would think pairing is a type of programming. That would be the first and only necessary step for streaming audio or calls from your phone to your HAs.

Have you tried, say, a borrowed phone? The likelihood of a malfunction in your phone is low, but so is the likelihood of a malfunction in the app. I’d suggest unboxing your NIB 8, but it’d probably worth more on the 2ndary market if it’s still sealed.
